Is Van Helsing good?
One of the strongest non-Ancestor damage dealers, built on basic attacks and crit rate stacking. His Ultimate swaps to an explosive bow with Swift Hunt stacks, turning basic attacks into AoE blasts, and kills add stacks to extend it.
He's easier to max than Ancestor units, though 
Timeless Aiona now takes his spot in the Marksman team.
