Is Blanchet good?

A Depressed magic DPS with damage and utility. Her Freshman skill shoots a rose that ricochets three times, her Senior skill fires three roses that silence every enemy hit and crit on the final hit, and her passive adds 62% skill damage and Silence immunity.

Her enhanced attacks apply Stinging, which cuts healing. Her favourite artifact, Blanchet's Bouquet, is excellent on multi-hit Freshman skill users. She's weaker against a single target and not a must-pull.
