Is Kommy good?

The only good front tank for Depressed teams, used constantly while Depressed is meta. Her Freshman skill puts her to sleep, healing 20.75% of max HP per second for 4 seconds while immune to debuffs, and her Senior skill makes her Giant for 12 seconds with lifesteal, more damage and much faster attacks.

At big combat power deficits she needs a second tank or strong supports.
