Is Ui good?

One of the strongest supports. Her Freshman skill rains on the area for 6 seconds, restoring HP and SP to up to nine allies while damaging enemies, and her Senior skill fully heals and shields the lowest-HP ally, fully restores SP to the lowest-SP ally and Mutates a random enemy.

Her passive cuts skill damage taken for the whole team.
