Biko Pegasus has short, spiky brown hair, with tufts of it framing her face, and wears a winged star hairclip on her right ear.

She has thick eyebrows and round blue eyes.

Her racing outfit resembles a tokusatsu superhero’s gear.

She wears a short-sleeved zip-through top with diagonal white and purple stripes and bright red cuffs, and puffy white shorts with red-trimmed purple panels running down the sides.

Her outfit is cinched at the waist by a chunky white and silver belt that widens in the center; the buckle is a large, glowing winged horseshoe with a star on it.

A short red neckerchief with gold and white stripes is tucked into her collar, with the ends trailing behind her.
