S-star / SupportRina gives the whole team PEN Ratio and makes Shock last longer. The buff is generic enough to help almost any team and essential in Shock teams.
A Fire Stun agent who builds Daze fast, is easy to play and fits almost any team.
An Electric Anomaly damage dealer who keeps enemies Shocked. Fast and mobile, but she asks a lot of your hands.
A simple Fire damage dealer whose passives add free damage. Solid, though nothing about her stands out against limited agents.
Which limited characters a new account can pull for depends on the banners running now.
Not worth rerolling for
Don't reroll for the limited banner: a new account can only do two or three pulls on it until you play further.
How to reroll
- 1Make a HoYoverse account with a new email address. Salted addresses are blocked.
- 2Play until Signal Search unlocks, about 25 to 35 minutes. Some story can be skipped, but not all of it.
- 3Claim the 20 Master Tapes from your mail. They only work on the standard banner.
- 4Pull on the standard banner: your first 50 pulls cost 40 tapes and include a guaranteed S-Rank agent.
