Is Von Lycaon good?
An Ice stunner with strong buffs and heavy Daze, one of the best stunners for Ice teams and, since his Potential, a decent pick for any element. He debuffs through his follow-ups and EX Specials, then wants to be the one who triggers the stun for a big Stun DMG multiplier.
Encircle Prey keeps his Daze building off-field, his EX costs are low and he's an easy standard unit to build. He's best only in Ice teams, loses much of his value if he doesn't start the stun, and offers nothing beyond buffs and Daze.

Lycaon's name is a reference to the Greek myth of Lycaon (king of Arcadia), who cooked his son and served him to Zeus in order to trick him into eating human meat: he was thus punished by the god and transformed into a wolf.
The name Lycaon derives from Ancient Greek λῠ́κος (lúkos, “wolf”), which is also the origin of the word "lycanthropy".
Von is a particle used in German names to indicate a noble lineage.
