Yvonne RE-Factor banner and Artzy Tyrannical issue open 24 September
Yvonne is on rate-up from 24 September at 12:00 server time (04:00 UTC on Asia, 17:00 UTC on Americas/Europe) until the next version's maintenance, once you've cleared Chapter I Process I. She's guaranteed within 120 pulls, and that one-time guarantee, your pull count, the free 10-pulls at 30, 60 and 90, and a Yvonne Token every 240 pulls all carry over to later Resplendent Spectrum banners. The matching Tag Artist Issue features Artzy Tyrannical (Handcannon), with a 6-star weapon guaranteed on the 4th issue if the first three miss and the rate-up one by the 8th.
