On our Arknights tier list Czerny is B tier, 151st of the 293 characters ranked, from where 4 current tier lists put Czerny.

Czerny trades some of a normal Defender's HP and DEF for real ATK and a base RES stat that grows with every promotion, and while Meisterwerk is active his attacks switch to Arts damage entirely. That same skill taunts enemies and stacks an ATK buff up to ten times as they hit him, then unloads a big Arts burst on everyone nearby when it ends.

Reverberation punishes anyone who hits him with Arts attacks specifically, though most enemies with Arts attacks carry enough RES to blunt that punishment.

Once more does Czerny stand at the heart of public opinion.

Sharp, hypocritical voices. The critics reminisce about the brilliant Czerny who once stood under the spotlight.

He may have been somewhat callous, but he interested them far more than the Czerny of today, who teaches piano to children and writes them textbook-style pieces to practice with.
