Is Elysium good?
A 5-star Standard Bearer Vanguard and one of the best DP generators: his skills stop him attacking to build DP, and Monitor adds a lock on up to four nearby enemies that cuts their movement speed by 60% and DEF by 35% and strips Invisible.
His talent lowers Snipers' DP cost and speeds them up while his skill runs. He blocks 0 during skills and fights poorly himself, but paired with 
Bagpipe or
