Is Executor good?
As a Spreadshooter Sniper, Executor gives up range for close-quarters shotgun damage, hitting every enemy in his small zone with the front row taking extra. Final Modification ignores a flat chunk of enemy DEF, so armored targets that would shrug off most Snipers take real damage from him, and Final Journey scales that further when combined with ATK buffs.
The trade-off is one of the highest DP costs of any Sniper along with a short range and slow attack rate.
