Is Iris good?
Iris stores up attacks while she isn't firing and releases them all on her next hit, which lets her build toward genuinely devastating single strikes with Sealed Treasures increasing how much that stored damage adds up to. Dreamland's Cradle puts enemies to sleep and then hits them and anyone nearby with Arts damage the moment they wake up, while Fairytale Guardian trades some of that stored power for more consistent DPS at the cost of a narrower, frontal-only range.
She costs more to deploy than average and fires slowly, and Fairytale Guardian in particular needs careful positioning to make the most of its shrunk range. We rank her B tier.
