Is Istina good?
Istina slows everything she attacks, and Concentration cranks up her attack speed enough to apply that slow far more consistently, with the Mastery 3 version standing among the best attack-interval skills in the game. Literature Storm widens her range and lets her hit multiple enemies at once with solid uptime, which makes her good at holding down a whole group of enemies rather than just one.
Explorer boosts her ASPD further but tanks her DEF at the same time, leaving her fragile despite carrying a DPS specialization she doesn't quite live up to.

Background
An Ursus student from the Peterheim Middle School in Chernobog, Anna Morozova witnessed numerous atrocities committed by her fellow students while they were trapped there during the Reunion-instigated uprising.
These included the death of her best friend Vika for opposing Sonya.
Anna managed to escape from Chernobog alongside Natalya Rostova, Lada, Rosalind, and Sonya and sought refuge in Rhodes Island as part of the Ursus Student Self-Governing Group.
