Is Minimalist good?
Minimalist fights alongside a drone that ramps up its damage the longer it keeps hitting the same target, and her own attack interval runs shorter than most Casters. Prodigious Craftsmanship and Flash of Insight push her overall DPS up further, and since she's a free unit, she costs nothing to pick up and is easy to fully invest in.
She sits at C on our list because her own ATK is quite low and she can't lock her drone onto a specific target the way other mech-accord Casters can, so its ramp-up damage is easy to interrupt.
