Nine-Colored Deer heals for 75% of her ATK whenever her skill is running, and Fortune Bringer covers a wide area for a good stretch of time, while Ethereal Incandescent Clouds adds a survival buff to any ally who drops under 40% HP. Background
This merciful, benevolent Elafia from Yan was once a doctor living in a remote mountain known for her knowledge in traditional herbs and her kindness.
After a Catastrophe struck a village, she voluntarily offered her help to treat the villagers.
However, as time passed, the medical supply began to deplete, forcing her to search for more herbs in other areas.
in the meantime, more and more villagers not only became ungrateful with the Nine-Colored Deer, but also began to spread rumors about her being the source of the Catastrophe.
With all the hatred, the Nine-Colored Deer had become wary of her good deeds, so she decided to shut herself in a mountain.
After coincidentally encontering a Rhodes Island personnel while searching for herbs in the mountain, the Nine-Colored Deer decided to join R.I.
to learn more about medical science. She has been proving herself as a capable herbalist who provides her aid for wounded operators and shares her abundant knowledge with the Medical Department, and everyone has been praising her for that.
Meanwhile, she seems to be acquainted with Dusk who knows her true identity.
