Senshi

Senshi is a 5-star character in Arknights. Senshi's class is Defender. Faction: Laios's Party.

Senshi is one of the few Operators whose years of fighting experience is not labeled as "Combat Experience" in their Archive files.

In his case, his', along with the other Laios's Party members, is labeled as "Dungeoneering Experience".

At 76 years, Senshi has the longest fighting experience of all Operators, with more experience than Sankta Miksaparato at 54 years and Mantra at 70 years.

As with his fellow Laios's Party members, Senshi's Badge features a slightly modified opening sentence reflecting his profession.

Like most collaboration-exclusive Operators, Senshi is exclusively voiced in one language (in his and the other Laios's Party members' case, Japanese).

In the anime adaptation of Delicious in Dungeon, he is also voiced by SungWon Cho in English.

Senshi is a crossover Operator and the free Operator of Delicious On Terra — the crossover between Arknights and Delicious in Dungeon, awarded by completing Senshi's Dungeon Diner mission which requires the player to clear DT-4 with Senshi's Token available in the Rhodes Island Healthy Market for Daily Recipe, Daily Recipe, Daily Recipe, Daily Recipe, and Daily Recipe.

As a 5★ Guardian Defender who specializes in Defense and Healing, Senshi has 2 Block which increases to 3 when promoted to Elite 1 and innate RES but lower HP and DEF than Protectors.

As with most Defenders, Senshi has a very short range of the tile he is on.

"Come again? You press this button, nothing else, and the food makes itself?"

"Yep, exactly."

"Don't even need a fire?"

"Nope. If I remember right, it uses Originium technology for the cooking."

"Originium technology?"

"Like, you pick a cooking method, and that signals the Originium circuits inside the pot to start working, so the air valve closes, and the element heats up, so steam builds inside the pot and raises pressure...

I'm not sure what it all implies, though.

I just heard that was how it worked."

"Originium circuits..."

"With higher atmospheric pressures, the boiling point of water increases.

This elevation in boiling point facilitates quicker cooking times.

As a result, recipes that previously required extended stewing periods can now be completed in relatively shorter durations.

"Atmospheric... boiling points..."

"For seasoning, there are all sorts of different packets with concentrated seasoning.

Curry, chili, bolognese, the works. All you have to do is put the right amount in along with your ingredients.

Press the button, wait until the alert sounds, and it's done."

"It's either extracted from the foods, or directly synthesized based on their compositions.

With these helpers, even people who've hardly used a kitchen before can make some pretty delicious dishes."

"Laios, when did you start learning culinary magic?"

"Wh... what?"

"This sounds like nothing but magic to me!

I've been telling you how those wizarding elves and gnomes end up too complacent and lazy from cooking with their magic!

"You say that, but why are you taking the pot anyway?"

"I only wish to study it. Although I don't approve of cooking with magic, I can be sure of one thing: this type of cookware is essential to the Terran way of life.

It's something I can learn more about Terra through.

In colder places, folks tend to store food in containers with better insulation.

In hot places, people prefer those that cool off faster, are more breathable, and easier to wash.

You have to learn the lives of the locals to prepare the food that they enjoy.
