Is Tachanka good?
Tachanka hits twice with every attack and can target flying enemies, which sets him apart from other Swordmaster Guards, and he's tanky enough to block two enemies at once with good HP and DEF. Incendiary Grenade adds periodic arts damage that ignores DEF on burned targets, and Spray and Pray can massively boost his DPS when it lands.
He's a solid B, though his ATK runs on the low side, his skills are slow to recharge, and Spray and Pray's bonus damage doesn't proc reliably enough to count on.
