Is Tequila good?
Tequila builds up ATK over time while his skill is off, up to double his base ATK after 40 seconds, and Waiting Game punishes anyone who attacks him during that buildup with arts damage. Once he activates a skill, Decisive Action buffs his attack speed too, and Esoteric Bladework extends his range to hit multiple targets, especially when Overcharged.
He's a solid B with very high HP and can block up to three enemies at Elite 2, but he can't attack or block at all outside of an active skill, and that ATK buff resets completely the moment he uses one.
