Tomimi

Tomimi is a 5-star character in Arknights. Tomimi's class is Caster. Faction: Sargon.

On our Arknights tier list Tomimi is C tier, 226th of the 293 characters ranked, from where 10 current tier lists put Tomimi.

Tomimi's real ceiling depends on her Broken Tail Corrector module. Once it's built and equipped, she deals noticeably more damage and can keep a safer distance from danger than she otherwise would, to the point that skipping the module means never seeing what she's actually capable of.

Talent

Arts of the Wild significantly buffs Tomimi's ATK while her skill is active but shortens her range to the tiles ahead of and besides her, and causes her attacks deal Physical damage and only targets ground enemies.

Skills

Tribal Techniques buffs Tomimi's ASPD while active.

Gavial's Protection Plan gives Tomimi's attacks a good chance (always at Specialization Level 3) to trigger one of the three following effects, selected at random:

Briefly Stuns the target.

Increases the damage dealt.

The attack deal splash damage over a radius of 1.

The CCR-Y Module, Broken Tail Corrector, has Tomimi restore 1 SP each time her attacks damage an Elite or Boss enemy in addition to increasing her ATK and DEF.

Once upgraded, Arts of the Wild now shortens Tomimi's range to 2×3 and the ATK buff is increased.

With Broken Tail Corrector, Tomimi's usability is significantly more versatile, allowing her to deal more damage as well as staying much further from harm's reach than before.

As such, it is mandatory to build and equip Broken Tail Corrector if you intend to ultilize Tomimi to her highest potential.

Base skills

Barbecue Master increases the morale recovery rate of another Operator resting in the same Dormitory as Tomimi whose morale isn't full by 0.55 per hour, which is further increased to 1/h if Tomimi does so on Gavial (the Invincible).

Sciolism speeds up the skill Specialization training of Casters by 30% while Tomimi is assigned as the trainer in the Training Room; if the training is for Specialization Level 1, it will be sped up further by 45%.

Each attack has a 70% chance to randomly trigger one of the following effects: Stun the target for 1.2 seconds, that attack deals 190%, or that attack deals AoE damage

Each attack has a 80% chance to randomly trigger one of the following effects: Stun the target for 1.2 seconds, that attack deals 205%, or that attack deals AoE damage

Each attack has a 90% chance to randomly trigger one of the following effects: Stun the target for 1.2 seconds, that attack deals 220%, or that attack deals AoE damage

Each attack has a 100% chance to randomly trigger one of the following effects: Stun the target for 1.6 seconds, that attack deals 220%, or that attack deals AoE damage

Tomimi's attack if it deals AoE damage through Gavial's Protection Plan has a splash damage radius of 1 tile.
