Is Tsukinogi good?
Tsukinogi heals for 75% of her ATK whenever her skill is active, and Without a Trace grants dodge against both physical and arts attacks while also revealing invisible enemies. Blessing adds a survival buff to allies under 40% HP, and Forest's Embrace raises that threshold further while adding HP regen on top.

Background
Tsukinogi the Infected Higashinese Elafia used to be a miko, but became a Catastrophe Messenger following a Catastrophe that struck her hometown and took away her family after they stubbornly refused to evacuate during a festival.
As a Catastrophe Messenger, Tsukinogi is known for her strong empathy, which stems from her prior experience as a miko and helps her a lot in her employment to Rhodes Island as a Catastrophe watcher and field observer.
Protection: Tsukinogi is quite popular. Many operators are happy to travel with her in the field, listening to her ramble about her interesting experiences as a Catastrophe Messenger, or her strange and little-known stories of Higashi.
But not many know this: Tsukinogi's abundance of travel buddies is not solely due to her personal charm.
It's also from the way she shows up on the battlefield: the light that pours from her staff protects each and every one of her companions from harm.
