On our Arknights tier list Windflit is C tier, 216th of the 293 characters ranked, from where 7 current tier lists put Windflit.

Windflit deploys Reliable Batteries that buff the ATK of nearby Casters or Supporters, and Machine Rapport damages surrounding enemies while feeding SP to whoever those batteries are supporting. Energy Rapport buffs his own ATK, strengthens the batteries further, and hands out an extra one once it expires.

He's a solid C, fighting in melee with physical damage despite backing up ranged classes, and limited to just two batteries active at once.
