Is Jintsuu good?
One of the best torpedo supports in the game, especially after retrofit. She raises the torpedo stat and reload of allied destroyers and light cruisers, and retrofit adds torpedo crit rate and crit damage, so a torpedo-heavy Vanguard (
Ayanami is a great fit) hits much harder and fires more often.
Retrofit also gives her a 20% damage reduction on top of good evasion, which lets her lead the Vanguard. Her HP is low for a light cruiser and her AA is only average, so an all-torpedo lineup may need a light cruiser with strong AA.
