Is Purple Heart good?
A light cruiser with nothing but offensive skills. At max level every sixth main gun salvo is followed by a guaranteed crit, so ships that boost her reload make her crit far more often, and a timed barrage with a chance to burn gives her extra damage you can aim by hand since you know when it's coming.
Her big one-time barrage arrives 115 seconds into a battle, late but usually in time for an S-rank clear. She has no evasion or defensive skills at all, and leveling three attack skills eats a lot of offense skill books.
