A wish for the Dragon God? Do you want it to make it rain? Light cruiser Shimanto, a Sakura Empire Special Project ship, a great and mighty dragon god. She's friendly and easygoing, and outside of battle she carries little sense of authority. Offer her snacks as tribute, and she'll apparently grant almost anything, from a chat to making it rain.

When this effect activates 3 times: restores 4% of your Vanguard's max HP and, until the battle ends, decreases Shimanto's DMG taken by 8% (18%).

Every 10s, or when a ship in your fleet fires her AA Gun: increases your Vanguard's AA by 1.5% (6%) (stacks up to 3 times). When this effect activates 3 times, activates the following effects: Restores 4% of your Vanguard's max HP; The ship in your fleet with the lowest current HP percentage restores 4% of her max HP over 8s; Shimanto's DMG taken decreases by 8% (18%) until the battle ends; Deploys 2 shields that can negate up to 6 enemy shells as well as 2 shields that can negate up to 2 enemy torpedoes; these shields last 10s. (Replaces Divine Presence)
