Is St. Louis good?
St. Louis trades torpedoes for secondary guns and an extra salvo, and with her +1 main-gun mount her firepower runs high, especially paired with a light-cruiser gun's fast attack interval. Lucky Lou buffs her own stats, firepower most of all, with a strong 30% cap, though her AA skill lowers firepower even as it raises anti-air, canceling some of that gain.
Her consistently strong stats make her flexible enough to slot into most fleets for normal-stage clears and PvP.

Historical references
Her namesake is the city of St. Louis, Missouri, which was named by French colonists after Saint Louis' namesake King Louis IX and includes the Basilica of St.
Louis, King of France, the first cathedral west of the Mississippi River.
Luxurious Wheels - the sports car St. Louis is seated in is speculated to be a McLaren P1 since it bears a strong resemblance to the actual hybrid hypercar.
