Anastasia's costumes wind up into a big critical-damage buff before she lets loose with several hits in a row, so one landed crit can hit for serious damage.
The catch is she can't push her own crit rate up by herself, so she leans on outside support such as Libeltas to make those crits land, and the damage window only holds for a single turn once it's up. Outside combat, her talent skill speeds up her own movement while exploring the field.
