Is Elise good?
Elise's Crimson Flash costume punishes low chain counts, so the play is to build six or seven chains onto a target first, then send her in to finish it off for huge physical damage. She works especially well with Therese (Beach 
Angel), whose buffs favor allies attacking those low-chain targets. Her other costume gives up personal damage for team support instead: five hits spread across a wide area, plus a physical vulnerability debuff on the main target that boosts everyone else's follow-up damage more than her own.
Both costumes only came from the Mushoku Tensei collaboration, so getting her fully built out depends on that event running again.
Pairs well with: Therese (Beach Angel).
