Is Liatris good?
Liatris brings a rare physical area-damage kit in a game full of magic AoE, and her chain-building plus damage-over-time push her overall output high, with 
Arines's attack buff applying to her too. Star of Lodeve's wide range skips the front line to hit several backline enemies and burns everyone it touches, while Neon Stalker's vertical line makes it easier to pick off backline targets in PvP or the Demon Castle.
Maid Name R fires cheaply and often once burn is applied, but it needs that burn already in place and falls flat as an opener. Her SP cost runs high, so she's awkward in PvP without an SP-generating partner.
