Is Ning Fei good?
Ning Fei's mobility makes him hard to pin down, and Corrupt shuts off enemy healing whenever it lands. His clones let him pseudo-tank by pulling aggro, though good opponents deal with them without much trouble.
He's fast enough to be a solid speedrunning pick and handles mobs well, but like most of the C tier offense picks, he falls off against bosses.

Skills
4Arts of Staff
SuperNing Fei enters his Super and launches a series of Arc melee attacks, during which his attacks trigger Chain Lightning. Clone damage dealt is also increased, and they can use Leigong Block to block attacks.
Dance of Sparks
PassiveChain Lightning damage from Ning Fei and his Clones also inflicts Arc Disarray for 8s.
Lightning Strike
Signature 1Leaps and smashes down at targets in front of him, dealing Arc damage and inflicting Corrupt. Clones will simultaneously attack with Lightning Strike.
Sidetrick
Signature 2Dodges and creates a Clone. Clones constantly launch Chain Lightning attacks, and being near one grants Ning Fei Acceleration and Damage Resistance. When a Clone deals damage, it also heals both itself and Ning Fei.
