Is Xuan Wei good?
Xuan Wei punishes bad positioning, using Mighty Tether to yank isolated enemies out of place, and he can knock back melee attackers going after his allies. Aftermath procs give him solid area damage, and he has enough self sustain to stick around in melee range.
The downside shows up when his pull whiffs, since skilled opponents can just outrange him from there, and because his whole plan revolves around melee, some matchups turn that into a real weakness.
