Cecilia is one of the strongest revival Supports around, since Crimson Protection can bring back every fallen ally at once, and after ascension it even triggers automatically if she dies while it's off cooldown. Ruby Coronet backs that up by clearing team-wide debuffs, healing everyone, and granting Immunity, while Gemstone Feathers gives her a damage option that scales off both her Attack and Max HP.

That full-team revival tool alone is enough to earn her A tier.

She is also often referred to as the right arm of Chu Yao.

She is also known as the “Witch of Isis”.
