The man is meticulous with his appearance.

It takes him hours to perfect his hair on a regular basis.

Those sunglasses of his are also custom-made and super expensive.

His focus on the newest fashion trends have led him to be scammed more than a few times.

But to Freddy, nothing is more important than looking cool.

Career 2: Although he is having a brush with Leon, he would still trust him with his life without a second thought.

Freddy is Leon's partner in the Shadow Decree.

They're almost always arguing with each other.

He dislike Leon's tendency to be overly cautious about everything.

He believes a man should charge forward, paving his own bloody path.

What Freddy despises the most is when Leon refers to him as "Mad Dog." He wishes he could just tear the man's throat out.

He's actually challenged Leon to a fight on more than one occasion to demonstrate his superiority, but somehow, Leon always finds a way out of these situations.

Despite the fact that they regularly irritate each other, Freddy trusts his partner to have his back when his life is on the line.

Career 3: The weak are worth no more than being trampled underfoot by the strong and valiant.

Freddy has become the powerful Esper that he is today by rigorously applying the the idea that violence needs to be met with even more violence.

The Shadow Decree was a place for him to let loose.

Although his reckless behavior has gotten him into plenty of trouble, he still resorts to violence to solve his problems.

He believes that if he can't defeat his enemies, than he must not be strong enough.

That is the reason why he tirelessly seek out opponents to fight and grow stronger.

The weak are trampled in his world, while only the strong thrive.
