Is Koharu (Ame-no-Uzume) good?
Koharu mixes offense with support, spreading Diseased and Sear through Pirouette while Prayer Dance drops Attack across the whole enemy team and hands her allies Kagura Dance, a buff that boosts both their damage and the healing they receive.
Bell Twirl clears her own debuffs and heals her whenever she attacks, and once ascended Pirouette turns into a team-wide heal as long as Kagura Dance is active on her. That blend of enemy debuffs and team buffs is solid for a B rating.

Profile
Koharu (Ame-no-Uzume) is a female Esper. Her birthday is October 7, 2008, and she stands 165cm tall.
Background
Koharu is an excellent dancer. Despite being only nineteen, she has already gained fame throughout Grandis.
To the public, she is known for her elegant dancing, but to Koharu, elegance is also a fundamental creed that she lives by.
Smiling to the Crowd: She gracefully tiptoed with the light,
and once again performed the Kagura dance.
May there be peace, may our wishes come true...
If a dance can express my feelings,
then this dance is for everyone's joy.
Career 1 / Shining Like A Pearl: After the arrival of Miracles, the world faced disaster after disaster.
However, Koharu's graceful dance shined through the darkness like a brilliant pearl, attracting everyone's attention.
Even though she was only 19, Koharu's name had already spread throughout Grandis.
As she gracefully performed her sacred dance, she created glamorous illusions with her powers.
The clear and pleasant sounds of the belled staff in her hand were able to purify the hearts of her audience.
Yet with fame came slander. Koharu often heard backstabbing gossip about her, rumors that said an Esper like her should be focused on saving the world instead of indulging in the "useless" arts.
Koharu, however, was unswayed by such ignorant words.
She kept herself busy in the training room and devoted herself to what she loved to do.
Career 2 / Creed of Elegance: "One must practice elegance in all aspects of life.
There can be no room for coarseness." This was the creed that Koharu lived by, and she expressed it in her daily habits and mannerisms.
From something as big as an on-stage performance to something as small as a simple smile, every action she took was a product of her careful design.
Every member of her dance troupe had read Koharu's "Guidelines for Elegance." It was said to contain 10 situations and 17 precautions for simply "smiling" alone.
There were also 24 "Refined Strategies" for dealing with unexpected situations.
After one of her lessons, people immediately understood Koharu's aversion to horror movies.
Panic and fear would make a person lose control of their facial expressions.
That's something unforgivable to Koharu, a woman who strives for absolute perfection.
Career 3 / Hope of the Dance Troupe: Just like how ducklings call for their mother, the dance troupe members always called on Koharu.
This became an inside joke among the dancers.
When Koharu first joined the troupe, she quietly helped everyone like a wish-granting genie.
Over time, the dancers came to rely on Koharu's assistance with everything.
Whether it was one of life's complicated issues or relationship trouble, Koharu always had the right answer, and it was delivered with her trademark smile.
This pattern continued year after year with the new dancers.
"Koharu, Koharu, make wishes come true." This became a popular verse among the trainees - "The Song of Koharu".
Career 4 / Dancer's Will: "You're an Esper, right?
Don't you want to be a big hero like the other ones?" A child asked Koharu after a performance.
"I don't want to. Life is too short. We barely have enough time to get one thing right." Koharu replied and smiled at the child.
She turned to look at her mother, who was in a wheelchair.
Koharu was chosen by the dancing gods themselves and destined to carry out her mother's will.
When she saw her mother fall before the Miramon, her beautiful long legs covered in blood, Koharu knew her future.
She will perform the dance her mother left unfinished.
Ten years after her mother's incident, Koharu performed on a celebratory stage and finally brought a smile back to her mother's face.
In doing so, she knew she had found the career she would pursue all her life.
Perhaps being a stage-bound Esper, living in the spotlight, was a blessing.
