Lauren keeps allies both healthy and energized, since Brush of Vitality heals while also handing out bonus energy. Healing Water gives her a choice between a big single-target heal or bringing back a fallen ally outright, and either way she gets a bonus turn out of it. It's a solid healer's toolkit, enough for C tier.

With her frog hood on her head and a gigantic needle in her hand, she rushes in the direction of the wounded.

Career 1: Doctor Lauren’s favorite picture is one that a young patient drew for her.

Doctor Lauren enjoys spending time with the children she treats.

She has a large collection of picture books and enjoys reading to her younger patients.

She remembers one child in particular. He was a young boy she had treated at a triage center early in her medical career.

He gave her the pictures he drew of her.

She still has them today.

In the illustrations, a large frog is seen treating and soothing those who have been injured.

There's a small frog following and observing what the larger frog is doing.

The two frogs look exactly like Lauren's costume.

Lauren still takes these sketches out and flips through them every now and again.

They always bolster her determination in times of doubt and remind her that she is moving in the right direction.

Career 2: Lauren has been freed from the shackles that her changed appearance had placed on her due to Transformation.

Her frog-like appearance was once a source of great distress and insecurity for Lauren.

She could never help but feel sad whenever her patients balked at the way she looked.

To avoid any possible complications, she fashioned a hood in the shape of cartoon frog to cover her head.

Although her appearance became more approachable and less off-putting, Lauren felt like she was concealing her true self.

She felt totally alone until Heng Yue reached out to her from the Esper Union.

Heng Yue also had her physical appearance altered by her Esper transformation.

She also praised Lauren's medical abilities and encouraged her not to hide her skills because of her appearance.

The unseen chains that had been weighing on Lauren's heart were suddenly lifted as a result of those words.

Career 3: Hold on. Hold on a little bit more.

Lauren cherishes her work at the Esper Union.

Although she still wears the frog costume on her head, it is not because she wants to conceal her identity, but rather because she has fully accepted herself.

At the Union, she became a physician on the front lines.

Saving lives is second nature to doctors and she wanted to be where she could help the most people.

Lauren has never forgotten what she set out to achieve, and as long as there is a glimmer of hope, she will do everything she can to keep her patients from dying.

When she tells her patients to "keep holding on," she's also reminding herself.

Only by remaining alive can one appreciate the world's beauty.

Lauren is still on the front lines, delivering medical assistance to those who need it most.
