Always calm and collected under pressure, Ryota is graceful and sophisticated with a spotless reputation.

After work, Ryota frequents a high-end restaurant for fried tofu sushi.

Even though the delicacy is cheaper elsewhere, he insists on having the most expensive, not just for the taste but as a declaration that he deserves the best.

Refined, elegant, noble—these are the words people use to describe Ryota.

He knows most people envy his station and what he has achieved, but he pays little mind to what others think of him, responding to their comments with a faint smile.

Tetsuya, Kagura's brother, saw his actions as a betrayal.

But Ryota believed that giving the people of the Papaya Islands a better live was the best way to protect their homeland and carry on its legacy.

In the present day, having dealt with the Sea God's Relic incident, Ryota reevaluates his plan and ultimately chooses to stay and help Tetsuya rebuild the Papaya Islands.
