After casting, detonates all enemies' Cinders values, dealing an equal amount of Burn damage, then creates Eye of the Storm for 2 rounds. If other units holding Ashes number fewer than 2, instead follows up against the current target an additional 2 times with 50%-damage Hurricane Flame Cataclysm. 5★: After each action, gains 1 stack of True Flame. For every 1 debuff application, gains an additional 1 stack. At 5 stacks, gains Everburning Eye Sorcerer.
