Duet Night Abyss upgrade planner

Pick a character, set where they are and where you want them, and the planner adds up the Coin, Combat Melody, ascension materials and skill materials on the way. Ascensions raise the level cap to 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 and 80 and the skill cap to 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 and 10.
