Is Celince good?
An unusual support whose passive S2 puts an Aqua Shield on every ally every time she finishes a turn without being hard-CC'd. It only absorbs half of each hit, but reflects 85% of what it blocks straight back, ignoring affinity and DEF, which can kill a carry.
Her S3 is a 4-hit AoE with niche but powerful debuffs, and her low cooldowns keep things running. Cleanse and Immunity are common, and dying with the shield on doesn't trigger the reflect.
