Is Gianc good?
An Odd nuker whose attacks scale with max HP. His passive turns off his crits at the start of battle in exchange for a follow-up attack chance that grows with his HP, and his S1 heals him from his missing HP.
His S2 hits every enemy with a high chance of Wound, and his S3's HP removal ignores defenses and can't be countered. He's built for PVP and has little place in PVE.

Azure Drifting: At the start of battle, for every 10000 max HP, increases Follow-up Attack Rate by 15%, and increases Follow-up Attack damage by 6% (up to 40%), but cannot CRIT.

Skill 2 · Cooldown 3The musket spares no traitor. Gianc deals damage equal to 50% of his max HP to all enemies, with a 100% chance to inflict a 2-turn [Wound] and a 2-turn [DEF-].
Cannon Rainfall
Skill 3 · Cooldown 3This is the roar of the Tidebreaker Fleet! Gianc attacks all enemies, removes 65% of the primary target's current HP and deducts an Equal Amount of his own HP, this damage cannot exceed his own current HP, deals damage equal to 60% of his own Max HP to other targets, with a 100% chance to inflict a 2-turn [Weakness].
