Is Fuqiu good?
A Hollow sustain and support whose S3 gives her Moonlit Veil for 2 turns: whenever an ally ends a turn or takes damage, they gain up to 12% turn meter and heal up to 8% of max HP, once per turn per trigger. That means strong team healing, shielding and turn meter, plus a fairly steady SPD buff, and she works at low skill levels.
While Veil is up her own turns slow down, her build is torn between speed and staying slow, and she can't cleanse.
