Is DokiDoki good?
A Constant support valued in PVE and PVP. Her Data Stream buff stacks up to 12 times, each giving 2.5% damage and 2.5 flat SPD, and can't be dispelled; she also lowers ally cooldowns, pushes the slowest ally's turn meter repeatedly (up to 96% total) and cleanses.
Flat SPD stacks with percentage SPD buffs, and she pairs well with buff-reliant units like 
Xiada. She ramps slowly, so she suits long fights like Union Boss more than speedruns.
