Is Hinata good?

Hinata's Skill 1 strips an enemy's shield, which is what makes her the pick for the Goods Procurement-Laundromat stage. That strip fires no matter what level her skill is at, so she can be brought along without spending any resources on her.

The catch is it only goes off twice, right at the start of the fight, so she only pays off in a team built to close things out fast.
