Is Lucia good?
As a 2-star Drive-attribute healer, Lucia keeps things straightforward. Her first skill patches up whichever ally has the least health, and her second is a small area hit on three random enemies that also cancels their healing-over-time effects, giving her a touch of anti-heal utility.
Her burst heals the whole team at once, and once she reaches 3-star, her passive kicks in to raise both her attack and her healing power.
