Is Victoria good?
Victoria brings strong, reliable damage across Stage, Nemesis, and PVP content. Her Burst stacks a buff called Heavenly Taste that boosts her output at the cost of some self-inflicted damage, and once her first skill is maxed, that same Burst grants a full crit chance over an area, stacking on top of an attack buff from her passive and another from the Burst itself.
Timing the Burst to cut into her second skill stacks that attack buff again, which lets her plow through waves of weaker enemies fast. Paired with 
Charlotte's buff, she can take on content up to ten levels above her own.
