In Earth teams, this version of 
Francis is the support to take at any number of copies. Outside Earth she depends on Awakenings: with none she's a weaker take on regular Francis, with a smaller ATK buff and an attack speed buff that rarely comes up.
Her first Awakening fixes her support skill and her second adds boss damage, a good place to stop, since by then she matches a fully awakened regular Francis and fits almost any team.

3-Hit Combo: Francis deals EarthDMG by throwing a syringe at an enemy. Attacking with the syringe has a chance of creating Love Frenzy, which explodes upon touching the ground and deals EarthDMG Hitting an enemy standing in Smog created by Hazaradous Leftovers (Special Skill) is guaranteed to create Love Frenzy.
Preventative Care
Francis's DEF is increased by a portion of her Earth ATK. However, the increase is capped by a portion of her current DEF. When a teammate's HP falls to 75% or below, Francis appears by their side and deals PhysicalDMG to an enemy, heals the team based on her DEF, and creates a Healing Field that lasts for a set duration.
Hazardous Leftover
Francis throws a handful of vials full of suspicious medicine, dealing EarthDMG. The Vials release Smog where they land. Enemies that touch the Smog are inflicted with Earth Affliction and DEF Reduction.
Outpatient Check-Up
Francis strikes an enemy with her medical chart, dealing PhysicalDMG. When switched out, she reviews the chart to trigger On-The-Fly Diagnosis, which grants a temporary ATK Boost to her replacement and Healing Over-Time based on her DEF to the teammates with the lowest HP. [Support Skill] When a teammate's HP falls to 75% or below, Francis appears by their side and deals PhysicalDMG to an enemy, heals the team based on her DEF, and creates a Healing Field that lasts for a set duration.
An Exciting New Trial!
Francis leaps up and slams a giant syringe into the ground, dealing EarthDMG to nearby enemies. An Experimental Drug Field is created where the syringe lands. Allies that attack from within this zone recover HP based on Francis's DEF.
