Full Speed Runaway Train Crash update adds 5-star Chloe and buffs Esther

The 20 October update adds Chloe as a new 5-star character with two event recruitments, plus four Half Anniversary recruitments, with pity shared across two groups of three banners. Two new Half Anniversary compasses work on these banners and turn into 100,000 Gold each once the event ends. Nagi raises team ATK when she joins a fight off-control and keeps her DEF shred longer, while Esther gains Super Armor in her smoke screen. Legendary Conquest moves its reset from Monday to Wednesday on 10 November.
