Is Esther good?
Esther's Dust 
Cloud confuses nearby weak enemies so thoroughly they lose track of her entirely, and her Basic Attacks hit harder while she's standing inside it. Her Ultimate carries an unusually high damage multiplier on its own, and it hits even harder against a Staggered boss thanks to her Assassin class bonus. Even off the field, her Support Skill keeps contributing damage on a trigger as simple as an ally landing a hit, so she doesn't need to stay active to stay useful.
The catch is that most of her power depends on setting up the Dust Cloud first, and she has no crowd control of her own to gather enemies into it.

Esther uses the broom to start a whirlwind, dealing WindDMG to enemies and knocking them airborne. The whirlwind pulls in hit enemies. [Support Skill] If a teammate uses their Basic Attack of Special Skill in combat, Esther appears near them and prepares for an ambush. If an enemy comes within Esther's attack range while she's preparing for an ambush, she unleashes a flurry of slashes on them, dealing WindDMG.
