Is Chiz good?
Chiz gets stronger the more Grain she's built up, and her Skill and Ultimate both scale off it directly, which makes her damage output climb the longer a fight runs, as long as Grain stays positive. Her Basic Attacks build Grain up, and holding her Skill lets her keep spinning and consuming it continuously, though letting the count go negative tanks her damage.
She fits Remora, Blossom, or Charge team compositions, with Charge being the strongest but least accessible option and Blossom serving as a solid second choice. Using her Ultimate resets Grain back up to 15,000, giving her a fresh pool to work with.
