Is Linko good?
Linko builds up a Modulation Gauge through basic attacks and critical ripostes, and that gauge powers up her Redirect Skill, which is really the centerpiece of her whole kit. Landing that skill slams nearby enemies and lets her call in a teammate (or her companion Xiaozhen) for a Synced Strike, and whichever ally you pick determines the element of that follow-up hit, though the damage itself always scales off Linko's own stats.
She's built as a Burst DPS who spends most of her active time off-field: while she's out, she quietly marks enemies, and hitting a marked target with Redirect Skill still triggers a Synced Strike and keeps feeding her Modulation and energy even without her on the field.

Ghosthand Counter
Critical RiposteTriggers when using Poltergeist CQC after a Critical Dodge. Charges toward the target, dealing 4 instances of Anima DMG in an area and building up Modulation.
Full-Frequency Pulse
SkillChannels Esper Ability upon casting Full-Frequency Pulse, bombarding the target with ghost energy to deal up to 4 instances of Animal DMG and calling Xiaozhen or an ally to perform a Synced Strike. Opens a selection wheel to choose Xiaozhen or an ally, then performs the selected character's Synced Strike, dealing DMG of the corresponding attribute. Grants this Synced Strike a DMG Bonus and consumes all accumulated Modulation, converting it into an additional DMG Bonus. Briefly pauses the battle timer while selecting the attacker and initiating the Synced Strike. Replaces an ally's position on the wheel with Xiaozhen if the ally is unable to act or is not on the team. Deals 1 additional instance of Anima Area DMG when a Synced Strike is performed within Resonance Field. Ends Overdrive when its duration expires or when Oversync is pressed again, releasing an overloaded noise burst that deals multiple instances of Anima Area DMG and 1 instance of Anima Burst DMG to all enemies within Resonance Field. Increases this Anima Burst DMG based on the number of different debuffs on each target. Extends Resonance Field for a set duration after Overdrive ends. Counts Support Skills triggered by allies within Resonance Field as Synced Strikes, treats their DMG as Follow-up Attack DMG, and grants them the bonuses from Precision Turning, Starlit Whispers, and The World Answers. Enable Auto-Cast Skills under "Settings System Features" to have the first ally in the team perform Synced Strike by default.
Spectral Cross
Support SkillStrikes the target together with Xiaozhen, dealing 1 instance of Anima DMG in an area. Summons an ally to perform a Synced Strike by breaking a Hit 'Em Here! mark, casting Full-Frequency Pulse, or casting Oversync. Scales Synced Strike's DMG Ration with Spectral Cross's skill level.
