Is Mint good?
Mint leans on a fast, low-cooldown skill for steady single-target damage, and that same skill doubles as a parry against incoming hits. She falls off once stronger damage dealers join the roster later on, which is part of why she sits at C for us.
She fits best in a Blossom lineup, swapping in after 
Esper Zero and 
Jiuyuan set up their buffs so she can dump her skill and ultimate for burst.
